Hector Perez Robles
Hector Perez was born in Mexico City, Mexico and before creating and joining Wolf Property Management LLC in Mexico, he worked as a banker at the HSBC Head Quarters in Mexico (Forbes Top Global Bank in 2008) where he was responsible to design and implement operative and sales models together with incentive schemes for the branch network and business lines across all the country at a first stage.
As a second stage he was responsible for the Incentive Committee where all the Business Heads were members. During this period he was in charge of giving advice on incentive models to the Business Heads from other countries like Canada, United States, England, France, Argentina, Hong Kong, Brazil, Panama and El Salvador.
In a last stage he was fully responsible for the nationwide coordination of the Incentive Committee and contributed to simplify the number of incentive schemes, integrate customer service metrics, and created the first ever financial incentive report which helped the Business to understand payout vs. performance issues. He contributed to standardize processes that were replicated to the Latin American countries where HSBC is present.
Customer Service and Satisfaction, Staff Training, Financial Statistics, Project Management, Leadership and Negotiation skills were key during this stage.
At Wolf Property Management he is in charge of Finance, Planning and Human Resources.
He is fluent in English & Spanish and obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration at the Monterrey’s Tech. Institute (ITESM), Mexico where he specialized in Investments and Corporate Finance.
Kathinka Rosiger
Kathinka Rosiger was born in Landau, Germany and has spent the last years working in the Property Management business in Mexico, Baja California Sur in the Los Cabos, and managing single to multimillion Dollar properties mainly for the The Pedregal & Coldwell Banker in Cabo San Lucas.
Before creating and joining Wolf Property Management LLC in Mexico, she used to work in the tourism industry in different countries like Great Britain, Austria, Mexico, Singapore and Greece, where she earned General Management skills including Customer Service, Marketing, Accounting, Human Resources, Revenue Management, Project Planning, and Travel Trade & Transport.
She has worked in world class hotels and resorts like the Crowne Plaza Hotel at Vienna (Austria), the Millenium and Copthorne Internantional Hotel at Stuttgart (Germany), the Fullerton Hotel in Singapore, Waldsee Golf Management GMBH also in Germany, Alltours Reisen in Greece where a High Level of Customer Service, Sales control, Guest Relations, Monitoring Quality Standards, Managing teams over 30 people and Staff administration were key during this period.
Her work experience and education in Europe and other countries have contributed to give her a perfect understanding to know what has to be done with special attention to small details focusing on customer / property needs. To “fill someone’s shoes” to give great customer service is something, that you don´t get to see very often.
At Wolf Property Management she is in charge of Marketing, Public Relations and Operations.
She is fluent in Engilsh, German and Spanish and obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality and Tourism Management at the Strathclyde University of Glasgow, United Kindom.
