The house has two wings containing a bedroom with 2 queen size beds each, a living room with a sleeper sofa for 2 and a kitchen, so each wing can be rented separately and sleeps up to 6 persons.
The master bedroom is located on the upper floor and is connected to the TV room with its big screen TV, lots of couches to lounge around on and a great view to the ocean.

The house’s owner Betsy Rudigoz lives on site and as the former manager of a well known French Restaurant in the States she offers to cook full first class meals for everyone who wants to enjoy the comfort of full hotel service.

The property is also available for large events and weddings and provides enough space to seat up to 150 people in the garden for a dinner or brunch. In the living room a piano and a harp can be put to use for a romantic serenade and with its two kitchens the house is well fitted for catering.
