The Asociación de Artes del Mar de Cortez A.C.

The East Cape Art Association is a private volunteer non-profit Mexican corporation.
They act as an active advocate for the development of programs supporting 
multicultural arts and education programs in the East Cape area of Baja 
California Sur, Mexico. As part of their fundraising programs they regularly organize events such as art shows and work shops that attract visitors from all over Baja.

Over the years the Board of Directors has discussed the possibility of establishing an Arts and Cultural Center for the benefit of the residents of the greater East Cape community. "Lic. Carlos Estrada Talamantes, an east Cape developer, has now donated 2/3 of an acre in "Colina del Sol", his Los Barriles subdivision, to the Asociación de Artes."   A contract has been signed, which gives them three years in which to build the Center. Their goal now is develop the financial support from the community to build this important project.
