Newly built, the house is equipped with a state of the art water system to provide sanitized water to the whole house. An extra bonus comes with reverse osmosis in the kitchen and master bath. Appliances are all new with a special "Advantium" microwave-convection type oven, conventional stove and dishwasher. For those of you, who just need a blender for special beverages, all small appliances are also there, even the coffee bean grinder.
The house is a Mexican experience with artefacts from all over Latin America decorating the interior. Talavera sinks in the bathrooms are a tribute to the wonderful artistic tradition of Mexico.
Close to town, there are many activities available. Besides beachcombing, there are horsebackriding, ATV rental, seasonal fishing and windsurfing, diving,(The reserve at Cabo Pulmo is world renown.) snorkeling, and even tennis to name a few. The house is equipped for your use with sea kayaks, boce ball, tennis rackets, cards, books, and horseshoes you can set up on the beach right in front of the house. A surround sound system is installed for your cd/dvd enjoyment.
