The casa is surrounded by a spacious outdoor and garden area, big enough for you to park your boat or trailer there. From both the garden and the roof terrace (only reachable with a ladder) you get a fabulous ocean view, almost as good as being beach front. The beach is only a two minute walk down the arroyo.
If you stay at this casa a car is not a must, as you can reach Los Barriles by foot. A small store, the Iguanas Market is just 2 minutes away from the house.
